Do you accept insurance?We do not accept insurance. Many of the services offered at Sheba e-Health and Wellness are not covered by traditional insurance plans because they are not deemed medically necessary by the insurance companies. However, we believe in preventive medicine and want you to have the best tools for wellness at a reasonable cost.

Do you accept health savings card (HSA)?Yes! You can use your HSA card or we can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement.

What is medical weight loss?Medical weight loss , also known as non-surgical weight loss, is a weight loss approach based on adopting healthy eating and lifestyle habits, and utilizing medications when necessary to help jumpstart and sustain your weight loss journey.

Why would improving my gut health improve my health?The gastrointestinal tract absorbs and helps digest nutrients including fats proteins, and other essential building blocks of the human body. A properly functioning gut is essential for the proper functioning of the immune health contributing to your ability to heal from disease, and feel well on both a physical and emotional level. Maintaining the integrity of your gastrointestinal lining optimizes nutritional absorption, and helps prevent various immune diseases and inflammatory conditions such as obesity, migraines, acne, depression anxiety, and chronic fatigue.

Do you only offer virtual visits?Yes at this time all visits are virtual . Visits are conducted via a HIPAA complaint telemedicine platform. You are able to upload your most recent labs and copies of your medical record for review prior to your appointment.

What is included with the initial visit?The initial visit will include review of pertinent labs, detailed review of history, as well as mutual goal setting to determine health goals and objectives.

Can I do the gut health program if I am not overweight but have other health concerns?Absolutely!
